The D.Lgs. 231/2001 legislation has introduced in our set of rules the administrative responsibility of the Company in relation to a variety of illicit activities perpetuated by third parties for their own advantage or interest.
Zeca SpA, in order to ensure that company affairs are done in conditions of transparency and correctness, has found necessary to adopt a “Model of organization, management and control” in line with the new legislation.
The implementation of such Model, integrated by the adoption of the Ethical Code, represents a constant reference point so that all Zeca employees and all those with whom the Company interacts (Suppliers, Consultants, Clients), will follow the ethical and behavioral rules adopted, as an essential basis for their own activities (principles of legality, integrity, transparency, responsibility and correctness).
The Organisational Model and Ethical Code, acknowledge in full the values and corporate principles that have been guiding the company since its inception and in which the company fully recognizes itself.
