Zeca has always put customers’ satisfaction first by implementing a set of procedures aimed to ensure the highest levels of quality of its products. By constantly improving our production process, we can check all stages of production, starting from when we receive materials in our factory. The quality of our products is assured twice: firstly by our stringent in-house monitoring protocol, then by the certifications obtained by our company.
In February 2021, we completed the process required to obtain the recognition of our Quality, Safety and Environment management system, started in 2018. The process started with the award of the internationally recognised ISO 9001 certification, which allows companies to:

This is why we have introduced a set of procedures in our production standards aimed to monitor the environmental impact of our operations. By complying with the requirements of standard ISO 14001 related to environmental management:
The lights on our premises all use low energy bulbs.
Our waste management policy is focused on recycling.
We continually strive to make our packaging greener.
OUR REELS ARE MADE TO LAST
Zeca’s lamp, hose reels, cable reels and balancers are used every day, even in extreme working environments. We aim to extend the life of our products as much as possible, whilst ensuring the highest safety standards.
Our in-house repair centre offers a maintenance service for worn or damaged products.
When we design a new product, we comply with the guidelines of directive 2009/125/EC to ensure that our products are ever more efficient and eco-compatible.

ISO 45001
Our products make work places safer and tidier. Accident prevention and safety at work are therefore an integral part of our company culture.
We have been awarded the ISO 45001 certification for “Management systems for health and safety at work as an incentive to further improve and achieve zero risk.
This international standard:
- specifies the requirements for health and safety management systems (HSMS)
- provides the instructions on how to use it.
The objective is to allow companies to provide healthy and safe workplaces, preventing employees’ accidents and health issues.
